We planned a renewal of the former Carehaejo booking app to improve booking convenience for international patients and increase operational efficiency for hospitals.
We designed the Carehaejo app to be easy to use for patients, hospitals, and interpreters.
We improved the UI and UX and enhanced service performance to provide a faster and more convenient booking experience.
The current Carehaejo app was launched in December 2025. Based on user feedback, we continue to improve features and release updates to steadily enhance user satisfaction.
